What all precious metals do you deal in?
We deal in Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Diamonds including precious gemstones like Emerald, Ruby, Yellow Sapphire, Opal, Pearls, Garnet, and Coral.
What is your exchange and cash back policy for jewellery?
We provide 100% exchange and cash back value for Gold jewellery bought from us. Diamond jewellery also gets 100% exchange value (excluding labour and GST) and 90% cash back at current market rates.
What is special about your diamonds?
Our diamonds are of VVS clarity and EF colour — a value-for-money choice. All our diamond jewellery is IGI certified, ensuring transparency and trust. This high quality results in superior resale and exchange value.
How do you clean silver jewellery?
Silver naturally tarnishes when it reacts with oxygen forming silver sulphide. It can be cleaned at home with readily available silver cleaning liquids (₹250–₹500). We also provide free in-store cleaning that restores shine.
Can I test the purity of gold before buying?
Yes! We maintain BIS-approved standards and all jewellery above 2 grams is hallmarked. We also use a carat meter in-store for instant purity testing.
Do you repair jewellery bought from your store?
Yes, any repair of Gold or Diamond jewellery bought from us is free of charge unless material addition is required.
Do you sell stone-studded jewellery on weight which includes stones also?
No, our stone-studded jewellery is charged on net weight — you pay only for the metal value in most pieces.
What are your purity standards?
We offer jewellery in 24 Carat (999.9), 22 Carat (91.6), and 18 Carat (75.0). In silver, we majorly deal in 92.5 Sterling Silver and 999.9 Silver Bars and Coins.
Do you deal with regional jewellery?
Yes, we are connected with over 300 manufacturers pan India to provide regional jewellery designs from various parts of the country.
