  • ✔ Bonus is applicable only if all 12 installments are paid on time
  • ✔ Scheme amount and bonus are redeemable only against jewellery and not against pure Gold/Silver bars/coins.
  • ✔ Jewellery can be purchased only after completion of all 12 installments
  • ✔ Gold value and labour charges are adjusted at the prevailing rates at the time of purchase and invoicing
  • ✔ GST and other applicable government taxes are payable extra at the time of billing
  • ✔ If any installment is paid after its due date, the scheme maturity date will be extended by the same number of delayed days. This extension will continue to apply even if multiple pending installments are paid together (for example, by paying double the amount or more than one installment in subsequent months).
  • ✔ Scheme installments can be paid only through UPI, the website payment gateway, or cash. However, the total cash payments under a single scheme must not exceed ₹1,99,999, in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • ✔ In case of early withdrawal due to an emergency, the total amount paid will be refunded without any deduction. However, the bonus benefit will not be applicable.

Vardhman Gold Bonus Scheme (VGBS) – Terms & Conditions

1. Nature & Purpose of Scheme
Vardhman Gold Bonus Scheme (VGBS) is a voluntary savings scheme intended exclusively for the purchase of Gold, Silver, and/or Diamond Jewellery from Vardhman Jewellers only.

2. Usage Restriction (Very Important)
The accumulated scheme amount and any applicable benefits or bonus cannot be used for the purchase of:

  • Gold or Silver coins
  • Gold or Silver bars / bullion
  • 24 carat gold (999/999.9)
  • Fine silver (999)
  • Any investment, savings, or non-jewellery gold/silver product

Scheme benefits are strictly limited to jewellery purchases only.

3. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 years and above with a valid mobile number.

4. Payments
Monthly installments once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Bonus Eligibility
Bonus benefits apply only on successful completion of all installments and as per scheme rules prevailing at the time of redemption.

6. Gold Rate Applicability
The jewellery gold rate applicable will be the prevailing rate at Vardhman Jewellers on the date of redemption, not the enrollment date.

7. Missed or Delayed Installments
Delay or default in payment may result in loss or reduction of bonus benefits at the sole discretion of Vardhman Jewellers.

8. Early Discontinuation
In case of early exit, the paid amount may be adjusted only against jewellery purchase without any bonus benefits.

9. Verification
Customer identity, payment records, and scheme details must be verified before redemption.

10. Limitation of Liability
Vardhman Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the scheme.

11. Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

12. Right to Modify
Vardhman Jewellers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the scheme or its terms at any time without prior notice.

This scheme is subject to terms and conditions. Vardhman Jewellers reserves the right to interpret and implement the scheme rules. In case of any dispute, the decision of the company shall be final.
